The Gagasan Neno Apps sebagai Solusi Masyarakat Menghadapi Era New Normal COVID-19: Literature Review

Abstract

Peningkatan jumlah kasus positif COVD-19 setiap harinya dapat meresahkan masyarakat. Pemberlakuan Era New Normal oleh pemerintah, masih disepelekan oleh masyarakat ditandai perilaku tidak patuh terhadap protokol kesehatan. NeNo Apps merupakan gagasan layanan keperawatan di era new normal secara komprehensif (preventif, kuratif dan rehabilitatif) berbasis mobile health application untuk menjadikan masyarakat patuh protokol kesehatan. Tujuan studi ini adalah memaparkan potensi NeNo Apps sebagai solusi efektif untuk mejaga kesehatan pada masa pandemi COVID-19 dengan memanfaatkan layanan mobile health application. Metode studi ini menggunakan analisis studi literature didapatkan melalui situs pencarian seperti google scholar, Science Direct, Scopus, NCBI, dan Proquest dengan rentang tahun publikasi 2014 – 2020  dan hanya 10 jurnal utama yang sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi. Data di peroleh di susun secara sistematis serta dibahas. Gagasan NeNo Apps memiliki fitur terintegrasi meliputi konseling, self therapy, traveling guidelines, deteksi dini, healthy food serta disediakan informasi mengenai protokol kesehatan dan dilengkapi UMKM penyedia kebutuhan protokol kesehatan. Kesimpulan studi ini gagasan NeNo Apps berpotensi efektif sebagai upaya komprehensif layanan kesehatan di era new normal sehingga harapannya melalui penggunaan aplikasi ini nantinya dapat menjadikan perilaku patuh pada masyakat dan pengimplementasian gagasan ini diperlukan keterlibatan lintas sektor seperti bidang kesehatan, pemerintahan dan teknologi informasi.
