Home-Based Cardiac Rehabilitation Phase Ii Telemonitoring Efforts In Patients With Post-Cardiovascular Revascularization: Literature Review

Abstract
Program rehabilitasi jantung (CR) harus diberikan untuk mengurangi risiko kematian dan rawat inap ulang serta meningkatkan kualitas hidup pada pasien yang telah menjalani revaskularisasi jantung. Metode CR yang inovatif akan meningkatkan kepatuhan jangka panjang terhadap gaya hidup aktif yang berkelanjutan pada kebugaran fisik yang berhubungan dengan kesehatan terutama kesehatan jantung, sehingga mengurangi morbiditas dan mortalitas pasien. Media elektronik (telemonitoring) menjadi alternatif yang aman untuk memperluas jangkauan CR berbasis rumah, dengan pendampingan jarak jauh dan pengawasan tidak langsung daripada program CR. Tujuan penulisan ini untuk memberikan gagasan dari hasil literature review mengenai rehabilitasi jantung di rumah dengan menggunakan telemonitoring pada pasien post revaskularisasi jantung dan kelayakan penggunaan telemonitoring pada CR fase II. Penelusuran artikel dilakukan pada mesin pencarian google scholar dengan menyaring artikel berdasarkan kata kunci, tahun terbit artikel, judul artikel, abstrak dan isi keseluruhan artikel, menghasilan 10 jurnal yang kemudian dijadikan tinjauan literatur. Teknologi terkini mengenai home-based cardiac rehabilitation untuk pasien post revaskularisasi kardiovaskuler mulai diterapkan di berbagai negara. Teknologi seluler yang dapat digunakan untuk home-based cardiac rehabilitation fase II meliputi aplikasi kesehatan seluler, website kesehatan, dan aplikasi pesan (chat, telepon, dan panggilan video). Penerapan teknologi seluler ini dapat terapkan dalam home-based cardiac rehabilitation fase II karena efektif, efisien, murah, dan bermanfaat.
